Privaatsusteade | Andres Märtin

Siin on kirjas, milliseid isikuandmeid sait andresmartin.ee kogub, milleks neid kasutan ja millised on sinu õigused. Järgin Euroopa Liidu isikuandmete kaitse üldmäärust (GDPR) ja Eesti isikuandmete kaitse seadust.

1. Kes andmeid töötleb

Andmete vastutav töötleja on AK Kapital OÜ (registrikood 11439006), kelle nimel saiti peab juhatuse liige Andres Märtin. Kõigis andmekaitse küsimustes kirjuta aadressile andres@andresmartin.ee.

2. Milliseid andmeid kogun

Kogun ainult neid andmeid, mille sa ise vormi kaudu saadad.

Slaidide küsimise vorm: nimi, kool, telefoninumber või e-posti aadress, sõnum ja loeng, mille slaide soovid.
Suveprogrammi kontaktivorm: nimi, telefoninumber ja sõnum.
Raamatu vorm: nimi, kool, loeng, telefoninumber ja koht, kuhu raamat saata, ning vormi saatmise aeg.
Kirjavahetus: kui kirjutad mulle otse e-kirja, siis kirja sisu ja sinu e-posti aadress.
Tehnilised andmed: vormi saatmisel salvestub serverisse kuni 24 tunniks sinu IP-aadressi räsi, et piirata rämpspostitusi. Veebimajutuse server peab tavapärast logi (IP-aadress, aeg, avatud leht).

3. Milleks ja mis alusel

Sinu soovile vastamiseks: slaidide saatmiseks või sinuga ühenduse võtmiseks. Õiguslik alus on sinu nõusolek (GDPR artikkel 6 lõige 1 punkt a), mille annad vormi saates.
Saidi turvalisuse tagamiseks ja rämpsposti piiramiseks. Õiguslik alus on õigustatud huvi (artikkel 6 lõige 1 punkt f).

Ma ei kasuta sinu andmeid turunduskirjade saatmiseks ega müü ega anna neid edasi kolmandatele isikutele nende enda eesmärkideks.

4. Kui kaua andmeid säilitan

Vormi kaudu saadetud andmeid ja kirjavahetust säilitan kuni kolm aastat pärast viimast suhtlust ja seejärel kustutan. See vastab nõuete üldisele aegumistähtajale Eesti õiguses. Kui võtad nõusoleku varem tagasi, kustutan andmed esimesel võimalusel.

5. Kellele andmed jõuavad

Andmeid töötlevad minu nimel teenusepakkujad, kelle teenuseid saidi ja e-posti pidamiseks kasutan:

Hostinger (veebimajutus ja e-post);
Google (e-posti lugemine Gmaili kaudu ning saidi kirjatüübid Google Fontsist, mille laadimisel saab Google sinu IP-aadressi).

Osa neist teenustest võib andmeid töödelda väljaspool Euroopa Majanduspiirkonda. Sel juhul toimub edastus Euroopa Komisjoni kaitsemeetmete alusel (piisavusotsus või lepingu tüüptingimused).

6. Küpsised

Sait ei kasuta jälgimis- ega reklaamiküpsiseid. Külastusstatistikat kogun ise, ilma küpsiste ja kolmandate osapoolteta: salvestub avatud leht, aeg, eelmise saidi domeen, seadme tüüp (arvuti või mobiil) ja iga päev vahetuv anonüümne tunnus, millega külastajat saab loendada ainult sama päeva piires. IP-aadressi ei salvestata. Õiguslik alus on õigustatud huvi saiti paremaks teha. Sinu brauserisse salvestub ainult keelevalik (eesti või inglise), mis ei jõua serverisse.

7. Sinu õigused

küsida, milliseid andmeid sinu kohta hoian, ja saada neist koopia;
nõuda andmete parandamist või kustutamist;
nõuda töötlemise piiramist või esitada töötlemisele vastuväide;
võtta nõusolek igal ajal tagasi, kirjutades aadressile andres@andresmartin.ee;
esitada kaebus Andmekaitse Inspektsioonile (www.aki.ee).

Vastan päringutele hiljemalt ühe kuu jooksul.

8. Alaealised

Loengumaterjalid on mõeldud gümnaasiumiõpilastele. Kui oled noorem kui 13, ei tohi sa vormi ise saata: selle peab sinu eest täitma lapsevanem või eestkostja.

9. Muudatused

Kui tingimused muutuvad, avaldan uue versiooni sellel lehel koos kehtivuse kuupäevaga.

This page explains what personal data the site andresmartin.ee collects, what I use it for and what rights you have. I follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is AK Kapital OÜ (Estonian registry code 11439006). The site is run on its behalf by Andres Märtin, a member of its management board. For any data protection question, write to andres@andresmartin.ee.

2. What data I collect

I collect only the data you send me yourself through a form.

Slide request form: name, school, phone number or email address, message and the lecture whose slides you want.
Summer program contact form: name, phone number and message.
Book form: name, school, lecture, phone number, where to send the book, and the time the form was sent.
Correspondence: if you email me directly, the content of your email and your email address.
Technical data: when a form is sent, a hash of your IP address is kept on the server for up to 24 hours to limit spam. The web hosting server keeps a standard log (IP address, time, page opened).

3. Purpose and legal basis

To answer your request: to send you the slides or to get in touch with you. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give when you send the form.
To keep the site secure and limit spam. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

I do not use your data to send marketing emails, and I do not sell it or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

4. How long I keep it

I keep data sent through the forms, and our correspondence, for up to three years after our last contact and then delete it. This matches the general limitation period for claims under Estonian law. If you withdraw your consent earlier, I delete the data as soon as I can.

5. Who receives the data

The data is processed on my behalf by the providers I use to run the site and email:

Hostinger (web hosting and email);
Google (reading email through Gmail, and the site's typeface from Google Fonts; when it loads, Google receives your IP address).

Some of these services may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer takes place under the European Commission's safeguards (an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. I collect visit statistics myself, without cookies and without third parties: the page opened, the time, the domain of the previous site, the device type (computer or mobile) and an anonymous identifier that changes every day, so a visitor can only be counted within the same day. IP addresses are not stored. The legal basis is legitimate interest in improving the site. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice (Estonian or English), and it is not sent to the server.

7. Your rights

to ask what data I hold about you and receive a copy;
to have your data corrected or deleted;
to have processing restricted, or to object to it;
to withdraw your consent at any time by writing to andres@andresmartin.ee;
to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

I answer requests within one month at the latest.

8. Minors

The lecture materials are meant for high school students. If you are under 13, you may not send a form yourself: a parent or guardian has to fill it in for you.

9. Changes

If these terms change, I publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
